Thank you for shopping with SnugBoo. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your items.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

We proudly ship across Europe and the USA.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional local fees

are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

SnugBoo is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.


5. Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Events

Delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal order volumes

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs inspections

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

SnugBoo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows β€œdelivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We can assist by providing shipment details, but we cannot guarantee compensation for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or delivery refusal, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:
