6. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
SnugBoo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows βdeliveredβ but you did not receive your package:

We can assist by providing shipment details, but we cannot guarantee compensation for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or delivery refusal, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
