2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a claim:

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

  4. Wait for our team to review and respond

If your claim is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement item (preferred solution), or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation

If a return is required and the issue is confirmed as a defect or error on our side, we will provide return instructions.


3. Returns for Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
